Automatically download selected WordPress plugins and extract the zip file into the stub folder, a handy tool for VSCodde developers who use the Intelephense extension.</h2>

Installation:	Have Python installed, then run the script file inside the folder you wish (you can edit py file to add/remove plugins)
Build Executable:	run pyinstaller --onefile blackswan-stub-updater.py , search for pyinstaller for more configuration
